With a 1:8 coach-to-participant ratio, these sessions are designed to give adults the opportunity to expand their skills in a game they love to play. The intensity level of the workouts will be determined by the group as our goal is to provide a training session that is fun and challenging while not being overly difficult and taxing. 

The workout will comprise of individual skill development as well as some 1v1 and 2v2 drills.
